The story begins in the second half of 1800, founded by Ignazio
Ghione, and later expanded by his son Luigi and his grandson Carlo.
Over the years the company gradually expands a controlled development
that guarantees the direct management of the production, the continuity
of style and excellent quality of wines Ghione. Now we arrived proudly
in its fourth generation.
The company
is now run by Anna, the last descendant of this "Dynasty."

Lush vineyards and stunning views are the exceptional setting in
which it is active for over a century the farm Ghione, set in the
middle of one of the most famous areas for the production of Moscato
d'Asti, just above Canelli, where rows of Bassano region are compounded
by those, famous, of St. Anthony. The vineyards stretch over the
spectacular hills dominated by the ancient as elegant watchtower
of Contini, perfectly sunny, at an average altitude of 350 meters
s.l.m.
The training system "Guyot archetto variation" best expresses
the native varieties and promotes optimal sun exposure, especially
in the hills.
From vine to bottle wine exclusively from our grapes and we follow
directly all stages of production, paying the utmost attention to
every single detail.
