WINE:
PIEMONTE DOC CHARDONNAY "Tobiòt"
GRAPE TYPE: 100% Chardonnay.
PRODUCTION
ZONE : Canelli.
SOIL/EXPOSITION: calcareous
marl with some lime and rich in microelements. 400 m. a.s.l.
TRAINING VINE METHOD: Guyot.
ALCOHOL: 13% Vol.
HARVEST: latest harvest , 28/30 September.
COLOUR: clear-straw coloured.
SCENT: characteristic, delicate, pleasant, fruity.
TASTE: dry, smooth, armonious.
VINIFICATION/FERMENTATION:
in steel tank at controlled temperature. In steel vats and then
placed in french barriques with batonnage techinc, mixing of leese
which deposited on the bottom of the wine in order to have them
again in suspension in the maturation vat.
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
10/12 gradi.
FOOD TO BE SERVED WITH: excellent as aperitf, with cold
appetizers in general, seafood and white meat.
