ALCOHOL: 12,5% Vol. COLOUR: intense pink colour. AROMA: intense, ethereal, persistent, sharp. FLAVOUR: excellent bosy, pleasant and generous taste, fruity, delicate bouquet, armonious. SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 8/10 gradi. CELLAR CONDITIONS: stored in a cool dry place shaded from the ligh. FOOD TO BE SERVED WITH: this wine can be enjoyed with cold plates, risotto, traditional dishese, fish and pizza. DETAILS: it is appreciate by women but has a body wich allows it to be layed down for several years. Is it described in licterature as the "one night wine" since after pressing the juice of Barbera's grape is left to ferment with the skin for just a single night. Rosè wine is distinguished by its colour and structure. |
