WINE:
BARBERA D'ASTI DOCG - "Lassù'"
GRAPE TYPE: Barbera.
PRODUCTION ZONE: Canelli.
SOIL TYPE/EXPOSITION: calcareous marle with some lime and
rich in microelements.
VINE TRAINING METHOD: Guyot.
ALCOHOL: 13 %.
VINIFICATION: in steel inox tanks, maceration on skin grape
at controlled temperature at 30°c. After a period of ageing
in steel vats, refined in wood.
COLOUR: ruby red.
SCENT: intense, ethereal, persistent, sharp.
FLAVOUR: excellent body, intense, armonious and creamy.
CELLAR CONDITION: stored in a cool dry place, shaded from
the light.
CONSERVATION:
several years, improoves with ageing.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18 - 20°.
FOOD TO BE SERVED WITH: excellent with roast, game, strongly
flavoured meat dishes. Hard mature cheese, strong chocolate.
DATAILS: is it the result
of a careful selection of the best grapes and achieves the perfect
balance of aroma and flavour. This wine satisfies the most demanding
palate.
